Am I overassessed?

Enter the assessed value, what you think the home would sell for, and a few recent sales. This is a self-help organizer: it lines up the record and drafts a letter you can edit. It is not legal representation, and it promises no outcome. Filing rules and deadlines are local. There is no checkout.

How the score is built

The starting point is the gap between the assessed value and your market estimate. Sales move the score up when their midpoint supports that estimate and down when they do not, or when you did not enter any. A score is a screen for whether the paperwork is worth preparing. It is not a chance of winning.
